Please complete the form on this page to apply for booth space at our event on Saturday, March 2 at Aksarben Village.
There is no cost to reserve a booth, however we do request a free-will donation payable via PayPal prior to the event. This donation benefits the Common Fund of the Heartland and all donations will go toward direct assistance. Click here to learn more about our event's cause.
7 a.m. - Booth set-up begins
7:30-8:45 a.m. - Day-of registration and check-in
9 a.m. - 5K begins, followed immediately by the walk
10 a.m. - Booth space clean-up
No sales of any kind are permitted. Space is limited. We reserve the right to modify or refuse vendor participation. A table and chairs will be provided upon request. No electricity hookups will be available.
If you plan to have giveaways for our participants, we are estimating about 700 registrants.
