Please complete the form on this page to apply for booth space at our event on Saturday, March 7 at Aksarben Village.
Vendor space is available for a fee of $100, payable via PayPal prior to the event. Proceeds from our event go to local utility assistance programs to help seniors, people with disabilities and low-income families pay their utility bills.
7 a.m. - Booth set-up begins
7:30-8:45 a.m. - Day-of registration and check-in
9 a.m. - 5K begins, followed immediately by the walk
10 a.m. - Booth space clean-up
No sales of any kind are permitted. Space is limited. We reserve the right to modify or refuse vendor participation. A table and chairs will be provided upon request. No electricity hookups will be available.
If you plan to have giveaways for our participants, we are estimating about 700 registrants.
